You must bring court papers! You will report to the WORK RELEASE door. You MUST be on time!

Vigo County Community Corrections was established in October 1990. Current programs that are offered include Work Release, Electronic Monitoring and Community Service Restitution.  Work Release participants live at the facility and are scheduled out to go to work or medical appointments.  If the participant is unemployed, the participant will have times scheduled out to look for a job.  Electronic Monitoring participants live in their home and must remain in their home unless they are working or have medical or verifiable appointments.  Community Service Restitution program offers participants an opportunity to perform community service hours at a not for profit agency as assigned by Vigo County Community Corrections.

Mission Statement:  To utilize evidence based practices in providing treatment programs that create positive changes in our program participants.

Vision Statement:  As advocates for the rehabilitation of program participants, we will improve participant behavior to increase individual growth by using innovative methods.
