The Nutrition Education Programs targets low income audiences. Our curriculum covers the 5 food groups, fats & sugars, label reading, food safety, meal planning & preparation. Most of the lessons take place in a group setting (school classrooms or at area agencies). Most lessons include a demonstration of a healthy food.
