This permit is for removal of a structure or remodel of an existing structure (without adding square footage) including roofing, gutters, new windows, etc. Please use the New Structure/Addition Permit Application if you are building a new structure or adding square footage to an existing structure. 

Please note that for a demo permit, structures must be removed within 14 days of obtaining a permit.

A permit is required for any structure removal and any remodel over $500.00.
