127 Oak Street Councilman Thacker serves as an At-Large representative of Vigo County. He was caucused into the position on June 24, 2021 and his term expires December 31, 2024. Councilman Thacker is employed by IBEW Local 725 and has been a member since 1984. Todd has resided in Vigo County for the majority of his life with his wife, Amy. They have raised two sons and are now enjoying grandchildren. |
