A special presentation in honor of former Council President Bob Hellmann was made at the Tuesday October 23, 2007 regular meeting of the Vigo County Council. On hand to accept the award were Andy, Amanda, and Jason Hellmann. A memorial plaque now hangs in the Vigo County Council chambers at 127 Oak Street, Terre Haute, IN 47807.
